Best Employers List

Have you always been thinking that graduating from college is far away. However, now we will have to go our separate ways.

MATSU,by presenting quick guide on how to pick the best employers & The best employers list.

Supports those graduates who are confused and worried about their future career choosing.

How To Pick The Best Employers

Facing “favorable” corporate conditions and seem-to-be-fair interview and contract terms, new graduates will have to learn to pick the best employers who truly respect talents instead of pretending to be nice during recruitment.

Corporate environment is the real reflection of its corporate culture and helps to present its corporate mode.

If a company focuses all its attention on the decoration of reception desk while its staff area is very plain, it is definitely rather a profit-driven company than a people-oriented company, let alone respect and talent usage improvement.

If a company designs its senior executive area to be N times the size of per-capita working area, it is definitely a company that puts importance on hierarchical structure.

If a company’s public leisure area is well built, it is definitely a company that cherishes the work-life balance and hopes to provide a home-like cozy working atmosphere.

A company that adopts the idea of mobile (sharing) office must be relatively open in its corporate culture and is anticipating diversified ideas from staff instead of just consolidating its controlling power.

A company that is stereotyped must be relatively conventional in its corporate culture and rule staff’s value via administrative management.
