Head office of Porsche China relocated its office to Lujiazui Century Financial Plaza in 2019, 18 years after it entered Chinese market. New office of Porsche China covers an area of 12000 sqm and accommodates 400 employees. anySCALE designed this space that is featured by the concept of S.P.A.C.E 4.0, i.e. Smart, Passion, Attraction, Cooperating and Engagement.

Bar stool, lounge chair, small chair, lounge sofa, high-backedsofa…different people like different status; different work requires differentcommunication methods. Just like people. People are different but people liveand work together.

MATSU divides spaces with different colors. Bright and clear and high-sat colorssymbolize speed and passion of supercars. very strong colors, derived from former Porsche models to distinguish working areas of different departments from each other. Identity gained from specific Porsche models can be transformed into identity for each employee’s work space. 

In senior executive area, the door with the surface of felt goes very well with the entire wall, making the space attractive. White board is for instant note taking, so inspirations stay! Private discussion is an indispensable part among senior executives.
