With the help of a good learning environment, the college can even realize a comprehensive teaching model reform. 

In the old days, students had to accept what they were taught, very much like volume production in factories. 

But now, the college puts more emphasis on classroom's function of facilitating students to learn and practice proactively and to make innovations. 

We've made many arrangements here for students to carry out learning and discussion, such as we have lots of sharing areas, one canteen, one coffee house, one brainstorm room, small discussion room, silent room, event tables and chairs and so on. What we aim to do is to improve students' participation and enhance connection between teachers and students. 

Sometimes we can change classrooms' environment in order to change learning environment. We may put the chairs into a circle or make students into groups. Or we don't even need chairs so students can enjoy discussion while walking around the classrooms.
